FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How often should I service my vehicle?

Generally you should get your vehicle serviced every 10,000km or every 6 months, depending on whichever comes first. However if you notice your car underperforming you should bring in your vehicle.  

2. Will servicing my vehicle void manufacture warranty?

No, we perform log book servicing without affecting manufacture warranty

3. What is the Recommended tyre pressure for my vehicle?

It is reccomeded to check your tyre pressure once a fortnight or monthly to ensure your tyres never go to far below the optimal PSI. For your recommended PSI  please see the owner's manual or a chart attached to the car’s door edge.

 

4. Can you repair my vehicle while I wait?

Biancos Automotive & Tyres have a waiting room for our customers. However, depending on the problem we may need to allow time to diagnose and repair the vehicle which on some occasions we will need your vehicle for part of the day. This is something you can check with us when booking in your vehicle. 

5. What happens if you come across a problem when sericing my vehicle?  

If we diagnose a problem when servicing your vehicle we will contact you before fixing anything.
